She provided a tailor made online session for us today.
We particularly wanted advice on loose lead walking and eliminating play biting.
Getting such brilliant advice and tips from an expert has been invaluable, and we have started to see some impressively positive results already.
The online session was also backed up by a comprehensive set of handouts for us to refer to.

"Kirsty was Nacho’s trainer from the beginning. She gave us so many useful tips and perfect focus on how to make her nice pleasant and obedient puppy. Kirsty was always available to answer any questions and when we had few issues she quickly found new ways how to teach our puppy to do the desired tricks. Thanks to her we learned how to walk outside and recall as well as making her sit and wait for us whilst we go out with rubbish (instead of chasing her around the block). Thank you Kirsty"

"Working with Kirsty has been a life saver. I’m a single puppy mum and found the first few weeks challenging with puppy being extremely bitey and difficult to manage. Kirsty drastically improved our relationship and allowed me to train puppy out her mayhem and biting. She would be accessible over WhatsApp when I needed additional support and had the loveliest nature. She truly adores dogs and is always so gentle, positive and smiley. Kirsty has great techniques to training the puppies and really good alternatives if your puppy needed an alternative way to learn. Each week a puppy pack was provided with homework which is really beneficial to keep training your puppy all week not just in class. Fantastic price for such a great service."

"Highly recommend Kirsty. We've been going to puppy classes at the YMCA in Winton. The room is very spacious with only 6 puppies training, she's not greedy and trying to get as much money as she can and over crowding the room. She's so patient doesn't judge you or your dog. Takes her time going around the room talking to everyone and listening. No one is left out and no one is treated any differently. My puppy has learnt so much in just 3 weeks. She also makes the class fun."

"When we brought our beautiful little cavapoo Harlee home at 8 weeks old we wanted to find someone who could come round and help us start the training process before she was able to start puppy classes, as we knew she would start picking up habits immediately so wanted to get a head of the game! Kirsty came round for 3 sessions over 3 weeks and was wonderful. Harlee picked things up very quickly and enjoyed her training, as did we. We then started Kirsty's puppy classes in Winton and again, we all very much enjoyed them. The puppy socialisation was great and we met some lovely people and puppies. Harlee always enjoys her training. We would highly recommend Kirsty, her training is kind and she will help you whenever you need it. We have booked onto her next level course in April and all looking forward to it."
"Would absolute recommend Kirsty to anyone, our little Harloh started the course early at 8 weeks old and picked everything up so quickly.
The course covers everything you need to get your little one settled into home life. The exercises are easy to follow and only take up 10-15mins of your day three times a day. Within 4 weeks Harloh is crate trained, toilet trained, walks nicely on a lead and has learnt lots of skills like sit, down, drop it and leave it.
If you ever get stuck or have unexpected behaviours you can just drop Kirsty a text or video any day of the week and get a instant response to help you out, it’s like having a professional in your house . Plus her positivity is infectious for those challenging days when your bundle of fluff has you at your wits end."
"We were having problems with our 18 week old cocker spaniel puppy waking up twice every night and barking. Kirsty's Paws had been recommended to me so I decided to contact her to make an appointment for a home visit. Kirsty answered my email immediately and by 4 pm the same day an appointment had been made.
Within minutes of arriving Kirsty had our puppy eating out of her hand ( literally!) She listened to our problem and gave us loads of thoughtful ideas and informational hand outs. I followed her advice for the rest of the day and we had our first good nights sleep in 8 weeks ! Since then our puppy has continued to sleep longer at night and is happy to be left alone for short periods during the day. We would certainly contact Kirsty if we had any more puppy problems."
